HERD MENTALITY

Our team workout sessions are the core of our team culture. Running the hard stuff is so much better with a team around you. We use central and accessible locations to make the travel to training worthwhile.

Youth & Adult Team - Wednesdays at Tamar Park

Tamar Park is our spot for endurance workouts such as tempos and fartleks. There is less emphasis on specific pace, and more so on effort and working together to tackle the task at hand.

Youth Team meets at 4:30pm

Adult Team meets at 7pm

We will often invite some of the more competitive Youth Team runners to work out with the Adult Team as well.

Youth Team - Fridays at Aberdeen

We meet at 5pm at Aberdeen track. Focus is on speed and pace-specific running, learning to run track workouts as a team, and gaining a better understanding of training principles and workout structures.

​

Adult Team - Saturdays at Aberdeen or Happy Valley

We meet at 7am, usually at Aberdeen track but Happy Valley has been our backup during frequent track closures. Focus is on speed and pace-specific running, something that is often neglected by the Hong Kong runner.
