Bus will depart from Admiralty Station Exit A (near McDonald's) at 7:15am sharp.
We will have ~2.5 hours in Pak Tam Chung to run/hike/enjoy the scenery. The bus will leave from Pak Tam Chung at 11am to return to Admiralty by 12pm, and will remain on standby for the duration, so we can leave our belongings on the bus while we run.
There is a 21km undulating out and back road route, as well as numerous trail loops to piece together for a good morning out. There will be a water dispenser, food kiosk and toilets at the park, but we do recommend bringing whatever liquids and nutrition you may need for your run, in a running vest or belt.
What to bring: towel, windbreaker/jacket or hoodie, change of clothes, cash for food/drinks or taxi, water bottle/flask, hat, sunglasses, sun screen, running vest/belt.
