Accessible sport and wellbeing for Hong Kong kids
Our Youth Team caters to secondary school students between 11-18 years old in Hong Kong.
The primary goal of our youth team is to provide an accessible community for kids to come together and develop a healthy relationship with running and exercise.
We aim to get kids off their screens and out in nature exercising and socialising with their teammates. Additionally, we want them to build confidence through setting goals, pushing their limits, and understanding when to take it easy.
