We offer online training plans to those who can't attend our sessions in person, and also those who can but are looking for a planned, long-term approach to their running development.

Online Coaching

From HK$500/month
Weekly personalised training sessions based on your ability, goals, and progress. Ideal for experienced runners just looking for advice for key workouts, not daily planning.
DAILY PLAN
From HK$1,000/month
A fully personalised and customisable daily training plan, updated every week. Ideal for all levels, particularly those looking for accountability and daily direction towards their goal.
