Founded in 2019, Buffalo Running Company aims to provide a welcoming, healthy and positive training environment for runners of all abilities to pursue their best and be a part of a team.

BuffCo provides Hong Kong runners with learning and athletic opportunities unlike anywhere else in the city. We focus on long-term planning and developing intrinsic motivation in every runner we have the privilege of coaching.

#LetsHarvestThisRice was a metaphor that Coach Harry developed when he founded the club in 2019, using it to help BuffCo runners understand that running is a process, a long-term investment that when done with passion, intent, and with the right people and tools, can produce something very special.
